Passionate about sustainable change and transformation, Michael has been involved in driving large and complex change initiatives in multinational companies for over 25 years, supporting senior teams in bringing their vision and strategy to life.

Initially trained as a management consultant, he embraced over the last years a different approach to improve effectiveness in the corporate world, focusing primarily on people rather than processes or systems.

Michael has developed an extensive repertoire of leadership development approches which he grounds in lived experiences.
Nicknamed the "Swiss knife of leadership development", he is also an experienced and certified coach (Senior Practitioner with EMCC, trained on ORSC and Solution Focused coaching), and licensed to use several psychometric tests, namely MBTI, DISC, Firo-B, CORE.
Based in Zurich, he is fluent in French, German and English.
